  • Before proceeding with registration, PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY PAYMENTS BY CREDIT CARD ARE ACCEPTED (MASTERCARD or VISA only). Your credit card will be debited immediately upon registration and checkout. 
  • Book your hotel: Conference attendees are encouraged to book their accommodation directly with hotel of their choice. 
    To support your stay, the Conference Secretariat has secured a selection of discount codes with selected nearby properties. Delegates can use these codes, which are subject to each hotel’s booking conditions, to benefit from preferential rates. 
  • Please make sure that the e-mail address is correct. It will be used to send your conference material. The e-mail address of the attendee is a unique identifier. It can only be used once.
  • Your name, company name, job title and country will be published in the conference participants list.
  • Partners (spouse, life partner) can join the Welcome Cocktail on Wednesday 16 September 2026 and the Conference Dinner on Thursday 17 September 2026 but are NOT entitled to take part in the Conference and EXPO programme. Note there is no cultural programme for Delegate Partners.
  • Note that the WAC 2026 Conference/EXPO badge is personal, non-transferable and must be worn clearly visible at all times.
  • Applicable law: Any disputes arising from the use of this website, and/or related transactions, information sharing and agreements, are exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium.

Important information

Early Bird rates are available for payments received by 31 May 2026 at the latest. Beyond this date the Regular rates apply.

Participation rates

(1) The Delegate registration includes full access to the Conference and EXPO programme from 16 until 18 September 2026, participation at the social events (Welcome Cocktail on 16 September 2026 and the Conference Dinner on 17 September 2026), all lunches and coffee breaks.

(2) FEICA member rates apply to: FEICA Direct Company Members (DCM), Affiliate Company Members (ACM), the National Association Members (NAM) and the members of the FEICA NAMs.

(3) International member rates apply to: Companies that are not a member of FEICA or any of the FEICA NAMs, but are a member of either ASC, CATIA, JAIA, TSRAIA or KAIA. 

(4) The Speaker registration includes full access to the Conference and EXPO programme from 16 until 18 September 2026, participation at the social events (Welcome Cocktail on 16 September 2026 and the Conference Dinner on 17 September 2026), all lunches and coffee breaks.

(5) Exhibitors at the Table Top EXPO are entitled to one (1) or two (2) Exhibitor Registration(s) free of charge, depending on the selected Exhibitor contract. The exhibitor pass(es) offer(s) full access to the Conference and EXPO programme, including the Welcome Cocktail on 16 September 2026 and the Conference Dinner on 17 September 2026.

(6) The Press has free access to the Conference and EXPO programme from 16 until 18 September 2026, including all lunches and coffee breaks (Limited events). The Welcome Cocktail on 16 September 2026 and the Conference Dinner on 17 September 2026 are not included in the ‘Limited events’ but can be booked by selecting the ‘All events’ option. A valid Press card is required to benefit from the Press registration.

(7) Wednesday Expo Pass holders have access to the Table Top EXPO on Wednesday 16 September 2026 and are invited to join the Welcome Cocktail. The Wednesday Expo Pass does not give access to the Conference and EXPO programme on 17 or 18 September 2026.

(8) Partners (spouse, life partner) join the Welcome Cocktail on Wednesday 16 September 2026 and the Conference Dinner on Thursday 17 September 2026 but are not entitled to take part in the Conference and EXPO programme. Note there is no cultural programme for Delegate Partners.

Important VAT note

FEICA a.i.s.b.l. is registered the UK under VAT number GB500224657 and in Belgium under VAT number BE0884334548.  According to UK VAT regulations regarding events, 20% VAT will be added to invoices for conference delegates, except to taxable persons established in UK (with a UK VAT + UK address) then reverse charge 0% VAT is applicable.
